Always use chemicals approved for thermal fogging — water-based concentrates require specific oil-based carrier formulation for thermal application. What is the actual spray range? Under sheltered indoor or low-wind early morning conditions, effective thermal fog range is 4–8 metres from the nozzle. For outdoor municipal operations before sunrise (wind under 2 km/h), fog dispersal can cover 8–12 metre radii. Wind significantly affects coverage — early morning operations are strongly recommended. How long can the machine run continuously? Designed for continuous operation without mandatory rest cycles. The 8-litre chemical tank provides approximately 12 minutes at full output. The 1.8-litre fuel tank lasts approximately 70 minutes. Operators refuel and refill every 10–15 minutes during sustained operations. How do I start the machine? 1) Fill chemical tank and fuel tank. 2) Ensure 12V battery is charged. 3) Hold start button for 3 seconds until ignition fires. 4) Allow 30–45 seconds warm-up. 5) Open chemical valve slowly to begin fogging. Shutdown: close chemical valve, hold shutdown button 5–6 seconds for cooling cycle. Flush with clean oil after use. What PPE is required for operation? Operators must wear: full-face respirator or N95 mask, chemical-resistant gloves, protective eyewear, and long-sleeved protective clothing.
